Your support agreement includes unlimited customer support via phone and e-mail. We are eager to help you with any question at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick response time and helpful answers. While this works in most instances, we have had clients who request a more comprehensive experience.
On-Site Training
Some of our clients have requested on-site training. These training sessions are multifaceted. We invite as many people as possible to attend the training. We will sit down in front of Lodge-ical, go through each menu pick and provide a detailed explanation of the value and use of each. We will make time for the client to sit down at the keyboard to practice data entry. During that time, we encourage conversations among the entire group regarding your daily routine. At the end of the session, you should feel very comfortable with all of the features and how you will implement each into your daily routine.
